It’s always something isn’t it?! I’d disconnect the supply line to the faucet and if it flows well there I’d just replace the faucet. I don’t know what Thor uses but mine (SOB) was a pretty low end, mostly plastic thing and I replaced it with a faucet from Home Depot. I needed a “bar/prep” size to be similar but I’m totally happy with the upgrade.
