A few people have had this issue with the shower faucet allowing cold water to mix with the hot when it shouldn't.
My tankless hot water has worked great but I am going to replace the shower faucet with this one I ordered last month.
The showers being a little tight cause me to bump my elbow on the control occassionaly and it starts mixing cold water and then you know what happens next.
This one will allow me to only turn on the hot water and it will stay the perfect temp for as long as I want.
