Do the fans, map lights, windshield wipers and side mirrors move, if not check the 100 amp circuit breaker just behind the chassis battery on the right frame rail. The jack's control panel is powered through the electrical panel down by the drivers left foot that where its fuse is located. This panel is powered by the chassis batter through the fore mentioned 100 amp circuit breaker.
Water on this panel can trip the circuit breaker or blow the fuse. Ir is not a very robust panel that is located directly below the sliding window.
