The biggest item I can think of to check is the storage bay floors. If they have been wet in the past they may be weak, sagging or even rotted out. They most common source of the water entry was along the frame rails where they run through the bays. Many of the coaches did not have sealant in that area from the factory. Easy fix with a can of expanding foam if the damage has not been done. We love our 18 Aria and it has been trouble free since a few bugs were taken care of in the first year.
The fridge in our unit has not tried to escape. I did pull it out to service the ice maker, and the fridge seems to be quite securely installed.
