(What power source does the LP detector use? How about the CO monitor? Is the water pump turned on? What is the power source for your fridge? How about pulling fuses in the DC circuits to see which one is drawing the missing power?)

Water pump is not running and the fridge is turned off (that's another story).
There is good (identical) voltage thru all the DC fuses in the fuse block. Whatever is going on is after the fuse block.
