Question Chassis Battery

I have a 2019 Thor Hurricane 34R. Batteries have been staying up by themselves easy while stored in enclosed storage. Last Sunday drove 700 miles and have been connected to shore power here in Fla. Preparing to leave today I just noticed the chassis battery is at 11.7 volts while house are at the normal 13.2. I haven’t tried to start it yet but shouldn’t it be charging while under shore power? Battery has just gone bad or what? Thanks for your response
