It was an accident on our Citation.
Unlike yours ours exists on the driver side.
My choice was to sideswipe the concrete construction barrier OR the cone that was knocked out of line. The cone bent the exhaust from 90* to 180*
straightened it and put a metal zip tie on it "On The Road Again"

Looks like a trip to a hardware store for a couple ft of 1" electric conduit, a clamp and a exhaust hanger will get the pipe sticking out the back
