SUCCESS!
I finally got to the repair last evening and all is well. Everything working fine.
I do not like the looks of the short stranded wires that attach to the Transfer Switch so I will have to replace at a later date. The wire is discolored and corroded looking. Possibly due to overheating?

It cost me under $20 for wire stripper, elec. tape, and some wire nuts.
How much money did I save by using this forum?
I have no idea what it would have run and how long it would have taken if I took the RV to a service center.
