I am getting ready to take our Accolade to the dealer to have the exterior door trim replaced (warranty part item). While doing this I decided to perform some pre-ops checks and de-winterize the coach. While doing the pre-ops I was adjusting tire pressure and decided to record the DOT date codes for all my tires. What I found was kind of amazing. All six of my tires were manufactured within a 2 week period. 2 were manufactured 0519 while the other 4 were manufactured 0419. Freightliner even put the 2 newer (0519) on the steer axle and the older 4 (0419) on the rear axle.
On my prior rigs the stock tires were never produced inside that tight of a timeframe.
