Hello, new Thor owner here.
Our first camper was a bumper pull toyhauler (XLR 27HFS), then we moved to a Class C bunkhouse (Sunseeker 3070DS) now with 2 adult kids no longer camping with us we sold the bunkhouse and purchased a 2019 Thor Outlaw 29J Class C Toyhauler which we found was a much better floorplan for 4.
So far we have taken it on a 3500 mile trip and enjoyed the RV quite a bit. We love the floorplan, but the lack of ground clearance is a concern and I will be looking for options to raise it up.
So far our only changes have been to remove the garage bed mattress, headboard cabinet, below bed cabinet, and wall shelf. We added a built in cabinet and another cabinet that works as a step to get into the bed when it's halfway down for those rest stop sleepovers when the garage has motorcycles, coolers, and the flat grill under the bed.
Here are a few pictures, cause everyone likes pictures, right. Also set up our 2019 Toyota Tacoma as our TOAD.
