Repair water damage step well
At some point water got in from outside. Two layers plywood damaged. Got them out and luckily supports 2 by 4 okay.

Issue is I needed to get door threshold out to put in new plywood.

Removed three screws holding from outside. But it will move.

How is it held in place?
