You have 6 years of usage and 32000 miles on the shocks. As you have invested in all suspension upgrades to improve the handling so why wouldn't you upgrade the shocks at this point. IMHO if Bilsteins have served you well in the past then that would be my choice.
I used to think Monroes were good shocks but not these days. I just had all 4 shocks replaced on my 2010 Ford Ranger with Monroes little less than 2 years. The little truck has 78,000 miles on it and the OEM shocks lasted 9 years and 75000 miles. The "new" Monroe shocks on the front are rattling and leaking fluid already.
