In the house battery compartment there is a 50 amp DC circuit breaker that supplies converter current to charge the batteries. If the circuit breaker is not tripped, you need to check the converter output. The simplest way is to turn the master power - off (use/store in store) with shore power connected or generator running and see if the interior lights work. Finally you can check the converter output at the power center's 12 volt fuse panel with a voltmeter. The voltmeter reading should be 13.1 to 14.2 volts depending the condition of the batteries if the converter is working properly. If the voltage at the 12 volt section of the power center is less than 12.8 volts, your batteries are not being charged by the converter.
