I don't know your coach, but if you find no 12vdc at the pump terminal wires and all else seems to check out, then you also “may” have a bad pump relay/contact or bad connection in that pump relay control circuit. The trick is finding where that relay or bad connection might be located. In my ACE the water pump relay is mounted under the bed along with an ignition lock out relay and the awning relay. It could also be simply a bad water pump on/off switch on the control panel (assuming it is not a touch software driven system?). Some Firefly control systems have had issues with strange operations and failures, but that vendor seems very good as correcting the issues with updates etc. Good luck.
