If you have an old time auto parts store in your area talk to them and see if they know of any one who rebuilds 12 volt starters and generators. Years ago I had obsolete parts rebuilt for car restorations. You can also look for companies that supply motors based on the specs of the motor you need a replacement for. Good luck.
