Our Coach came with this Stainless Grill for the outdoor kitchen in the box, short of turning it on and watching the burners to confirm it works; we we have never used (going on 18 months now)
I wonder if there is a griddle we could put on top of what we have? One of the reasons I think we have kind of avoided is that it is really messy cleaning a grill with grates that allow grease and crap to fall through.

You can use a Lodge cast iron griddle on it.
IMHO, ditch the Aussie and get a Weber Q. You’ll be glad you did. We had 2 Aussie grills and they were both a POS.
