there's only two mount types used in your application:

1) an articulating mount that allows you to pull straight out and move side to side, thus exposing the mount bracket

2) a fixed mount that has "two release paddles" up and under on the backside

If you are unable to move at all...then you have the "two release paddles" mount.

I slide both hands under the back, locate the paddles and "pull" paddles forward to release locking mechanism.
Once released, the entire unit can be "pushed up", unhooked off the top, and pulled away from the bracket.
