I do not like adsorption fridges due to many years of tweaking them however if everything is right they do work

check your door seals by sliding a dollar bill around them. Should be a decent bit of resistance all around

Propane firing the boiler will always crank out a bit more heat than the electrick element

You have to be careful how long you leave the doors open as well

Put a thermometer in the freezer and in the fridge and you may want to put a fan in the fridge portion up near the fins

Lots of other things you can do if you are still having issues and adsorption fridges do have to be fairly level
