Norcold Refrigerator Not Working

We bought the camper out of storage several weeks ago. The Norcold N7LX refrigerator started just fine on shore power. We have driven the camper since to have a the rear tail lights replaced. While waiting for the parts we took the camper home to start preparing for the season. The refrigerator does not start now giving us code indicating "no dc", meaning, we think, low voltage. (Manual does hot show code for "no DC." We are not sure what that might mean, help please.
