Thanks for your reply. See the attached picture which shows a "no" code.

We have 20 amp SP on, the battery disconnect is on, and we still get the error code. Just to make sure, we tested the inhouse battery and get 13 amps and also tested the fuse. We also started the camper and still get same error code.

Any other avenues to investigate?
