Black water tank routing

I've had nothing but trouble with my tanks. Between valves not sealing, tank needing to be emptied constantly, smell. My rv tech now tells me the bathroom sink empties into the black tank along with the toilet. This explains why the black tank has to be emptied so often. If he is correct. Seems to be a stupid way to route the used water.
The tanks were worked on in florida. Kept leaking. I installed a valve on the end of the discharge to keep it from leaking. We are now in Mo. Had valve replaced. Still leaks. Having all valves replaced this week. Is the RV tech correct or full of There are 2 grey and 1 black
