Unhappy leaks inside the cab

I have a 2017 Chateau 22b. In January dealer replaced the wingwalls under warranty as the bottom edges were not sealed at the factory and were delaminating. Usually park the unit on a slight incline ( about 4 degrees) cab higher than the tail. However did rotate the unit where the cab was downhill for about a month. When I went on a trip the ceiling inside the cab started dripping above the engine cover where the "u " shape is trimmed with a vinyl edge strip. Also about a pint of water came out of the exterior seam above the engine hood.

Checked all the dealer caulking on the wing walls. all looked good. Roof seams ( DICOR dealer applied) about a year old all looked good.

I haven't opened up the vent cover to check the flashing on the vent above the front bunk area or possibly the flashing for the A/C unit?

Any other thoughts would be appreciated. Only happens when the unit is parked nose downhill.
