Thanks, Judge. I was so wrapped up in what it could be I didn’t check the simple things first! The kitchen was full of grainy sand/dust (?) and the bathroom had a single shaving of red pex. The shower doesn’t have a strainer and it’s not something that can be disassembled, so I swapped it with the outside shower. All in all it’s just better, not great, but I think this is all I can get and it’s livable.
