First, welcome to the forum.
From your list it looks like a number of these items should have been found easily during the PDI. Why. did you accept delivery of the coach is doors were crooked, wires hanging out, hot water not working etc...
The lack of a good PDI does not excuse poor workmanship but you did accept delivery of the rig.
