Dolly tires?

For those of you who have owned a dolly for a length of time: Have you replaced the dolly's tires? If so how did you determine the tires needed replacement? Age? Wear?

Our dolly sits as much as the RV--maybe a little more as there are trips we take without the dolly. Do those tires age like the RV's tires do? (EZE-Tow dolly with its 10-ply tires?)

Asking because this summer we'll be taking the dolly on a 3500 mile journey and its 6+ years old now. Thinking I may just replace those tires to be safe.

Thoughts?
