VG thread, I am experiencing the same problem and the reset button did not work this time.
I'm going to try some of the things mentioned that I wasn't aware of to try.
Meanwhile:
I had already installed a roof antenna for my XM radio boombox (my Axxera does not have that XM radio option).
So I ran the extension antenna wire to the cab area so I can set the boombox between the seats on a plastic container we keep there during traveling.
I run the 110v power to the boombox from the television plug in, above the passenger seat, and turn on the inverter.
As for the camera?
I really only care about the back-up one.
I paired a wireless one to my Garmin GPS.
What was annoying about the Axerra radio to me:
The volume button sometimes needed more turning than the radio would respond to.
When a turn signal was on, or the e-flashers, the radio control was nil until the camera view left the screen.
While traveling, the need to find another suitable (to me) radio station as they fade out can get aggravating, especially when in areas of limited signals.
At night, the turn signal camera views were nothing more than a glare. Useless!
I already had the boombox to take with us.
The added antenna to the roof has been there for a good while for our use indoor, the antenna extension wire was a very minor expense to use the radio at the cab (maybe $15).
We already had the Garmin, the compatible camera was only $185 from Garmin (it uses the GPS screen), and to me, that seemed a lot cheaper than a new radio should that turn out to be my problem, so meanwhile I abort the headache of trying to get it working at this time trying to find the fault.
One day, I'll take a closer look, but this works for me, and the XM station continues uninterrupted, except sometimes through the mountains.
Enjoy....
