Yep! Used it about 6 months ago and it seems to be working just fine!
The caulking that was used in the past was an ugly mess... Not that anyone would be up there but me! So I used the Liquid Flex Seal on ALL of my areas that needed to be protected and it not only Looks Great, but is doing the job! It was simple to use and cured quickly! No peeling up on the edges, cracking or anything! Super-Duper!
