They haven't said if its a PHEV and if they did they hid the plug really good (on all of Ford's plugins--including the new Lightning--the plug is just below and forward of the drivers side rear-view mirror. No such "hatch" for a plug on any of the Maverick's press photos & videos).
So I'm guessing no on the PHEV.
