Tighten the black fittings that go into the pump. These have a cone washer inside and the rubber can shrink just enough to break the prime on the pump inlet but not leak water. Hand tighten only although on the one's without the ears you may need a pump wrench.

There may be several depending on how they plumbed your unit.
