1) none of the outlets work when using house batteries
2) can you turn on the house batteries when driving?
3)the winegard 2.0 extender doesn’t have a switch. Does that mean it’s hard wired? Doesn’t show up as a wifi option
4) Directv satellite dish only operates off generator or shore power. Should it work off house batteries?
Thanks

Dave is correct on all counts. As for DirecTV, the receivers require 18 to 27 volts DC depending on the model and that voltage is normally supplied by a 120 volt plug in converter. Intern, the receiver outputs 21 or 27 volts DC to the LNB on the antenna. To have 120 volts available in the coach when not on shore power or running a generator, you need an inverter which takes 12 volts from the house batteries and inverts the 12 volt DC power into 120 volts AC.
