I am celebrating our 1 year anniversary owning a Thor Windsport 27B today. I have loved this forum and have found many extremely useful incites into how to maintain our RV. Thanks to everyone that has responded! We have logged about 11,000 miles in our first year with trips from Maryland (our home base) to California and Florida, along with numerous parks close to home.
There is so much to learn about owning an RV. Is there any place here that aggregates all of the useful tips and tricks you all have acquired over the years? Or is it just better to search for a topic?

I would love to hear from other owners about simple things they have learned over the years that make RVing easier.
For example: That red light in you stairwell only indicates that 12v power is on. It has nothing to do with the battery disconnect! I have learned to turn my battery disconnect "on" before I connect to shore power. I simple task, but huge in battery maintenance.

Any thoughts? Worth an interesting thread?
