Thanks for all of the great suggestions! Found a decent 1986 Samurai with a new engine and then added new paint and interior. Have towed it now on several lengthy trips and it’s perfect for us! Only weighs 2100 lbs somewhere don’t even know it’s back there. 5 speed manual transmission and good 4WD. Very nice TOAD!
