Only take in your RV once all parts are available, all authorizations have been settled, (not just for warranty work, but also applies to insurance claims), and they have been reviewed by the actual technician who will install them. Then, make a specific appointment for the hours it takes to perform the work, and pick up the RV that afternoon/evening.

Just curious...how do you handle those situations where some diagnostic troubleshooting of a problem might be needed or an intermittent issue? Wouldn't you have to leave it with them for awhile and wait for them to get a technician on it?
