I assume you mean the Air Conditioner (A/C) was running when SP quit but now it, and any other 120 VAC load doesn't work on SP?
Thor does not do a very good job of wiring the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) so if things work on the generator but not SP, and the SP cable, connections and power source are good, then you need to check the wiring connections to the ATS and the ATS itself. Common problem.
