Who would have ever guessed it would be this difficult just to replace a "shower curtain rod"? I hate to ponder the permutations and combinations of what one has to be order for replacement of something really complex...like maybe "toilet paper roll holder"???

GOOD GRIEF ! I saw your post and thought I was going to see a successful install of the new SHOWER CURTAIN ROD..INCLUDING BRACKETS AND SCREWS !!
