hmmmm, I'm not sure the DEF level would keep the engine from starting, so it sounds like maybe a coincidence that it happened right after filling the DEF? Who knows. Is it out of diesel? How 'long' are you turning it over? How long do you allow it to be in the 'ON' position to prime the gloplugs before trying to crank it?
