THOR #22668
Thor ACE 27.2 AC Mod

I am looking into RV-Airflow to improve my AC, but it appears it will not fit my Coleman Mach 15. The measurements seem to be off. I put in an inquiry to the developer, but in the meantime I tried to resolve leakage between supply and the cold air. I used the tin type duct tape and taped the provided insulation (super cheap version by Thor) to the top and sealed it better with tape. Tried it but still some leakage because of gap on low side by cover. I taped some auto/boat insulation-molding to the insulation and this helped.

For now it is quieter and better airflow. In the bedroom I had almost nothing, now I get a reasonable flow, but still not great. If it turns out I cannot modify RV-Airflow product, what do you think of cutting/forming some styrofoam I have to fit next to the insulation between intake and output?

I took a few pictures of what I did, but there not the best shots. Sorry.
