Windsport 29M Leveler Woes

2018 Thor Windsport 29M with Lippert hydraulic levelers.
Recently discovered after raising the levelers, the right front leveler drifts down, self lowers a few inches; not sure if it would sag completely down...never waited that long. Upon starting the RV the emergency retract takes over and raises it up again. Driving down the road, the emerg retract takes over and brings it back up as it apparently drifts - about every 2 minutes.
No sign of any leaks and the fluids level in the tank is fine. No problems with the other 3.

Also, given the popularity of RV's cant get in for service until mid August. Will i cause any problems if just use a zip-tie to hold it up in place while traveling and then cut off the zip tie to use the leveler while camping until i get it in for service?

Thoughts?
As always....thanks.
