Some states(17 or 18ish of them), including my Arizona, do NOT have sales tax on private party used vehicles purchased by private party buyers.
Dealers, yes you pay sales tax. Any vehicle bought from a private party, no you don't pay sales tax.
That's an additional $10,000 savings on the op vehicle for some of you.

My 24.1 was bought used, 2months old, from a private party.
$63k, included a top of the line 7yr extended warranty and no state sales tax(and the smart tv's he added are still in his HBO and ESPN and Hulu accounts, half a dozen other paid streams...free. We never watch them, but they're there).

We drove 2,300 miles there in a rental and 2,300 miles back in the 24.1 to get the savings.
Grand Canyon to Cape Girardeau and back.

There is GREAT benefit to buying the op RV.
