I have a cracked weld on the leaf spring rear bracket passenger side and a crack in the frame on the driver side. I had a professional welder install a receiver on the frame for a bike rack. I carried tow bikes, each less than 30 pounds and used a strap to stop the sway.
Could the bike rack have caused these cracks?
