Are you expecting it to take root & grow a replacement for you or just a gift for the highway crew that will have to pick YOUR trash?
It's one thing for something to blow out or off unknowingly while traveling, but something else entirely when you intentionally toss crap along side the highway cause you're too lazy to pick it up!!!!!!!!
