The best tool you can have in a travel trailer of ANY type is a multimeter and the knowledge on how to use it. So you "checked" the USE switch... How, that you pushed it to "USE"? Did it 'clunk'... is there power going thru the relay? What was it that "we checked"?
The easiest way is to follow the wires and know yer system, you will be visiting it a lot! Start at the batteries, ensuring there is enough power to light your $3 test light... you have one, right? Follow the (red or pos.) wire to the next point... a fuse, relay, terminal point... does the test light light up there? Follow the wire(s) further down.... is it the fuse panel? Check ALL fuses.... And so on.
You have to help us to help you. Little information = wild-a$$ed guesses (at the worst) while one may be spot on.
