I have had to use Good Sam road side service (Xfinity) 4 times over 28 years. What the operator ask is: Exactly where are you (street address or crossing roads)? Second question do you have a aired-up, serviceable spare tire/wheel? One day, I had a tire leak-down because a TPMS went bad and a called and ask of an air-up. I was informed than they don't cover loss of air. I said send the truck, as I have a spare. When the truck arrived, I had him air-up my tire and signed the receipt saying he had installed a serviceable spare tire.
