Like I said, if your rig is a ‘17, then those are after-market power seats installed by the previous owner.
So you would need to discover the brand of the seat and contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Also, usually problems like that occur within the switch mechanism itself or a fuse that directs power to the seat.
If you feel comfortable using a Multimeter, you can atleast determine if there is power to the switch.

- If there’s power at the switch, then it’s possibly the switch contacts
- If there’s no power at the switch, then you need to back-track the line to find where it’s connected to the master 12v power, testing along the way

Let us know what you find if you decide to diagnose yourself
