If you are receiving this email we have you scheduled to attend the Spring Rally at Myrtle Beach. We have attached an agenda for your convenience. Please note the heavy Hors D’oevres will be our “Pot Luck” dinner for Sunday night so be sure to bring enough of your favorite hors d’oevre to share and the Club will provide the drinks.

This is a very large RV Park so you will be required to wear your name tags to all functions. Name tags will be provided at registration. Since the RV Park is so large the Rally Masters have negotiated a reduced price for on the Park’s golf cart rentals.

We also presently have extra reserved seating for Carolina Opry...if interested you can sign up and pay at registration on Sunday.

For those that are planning to attend Karen’s Craft class you will need to bring scissors.
For those attending Tina’s Craft class you will need to bring a glue gun.

We are expecting over 50 coaches so there will be lots of time set aside to get to know each other.
