I requested today that another person from Thor warranty contact me because I just did not believe the person I was talking too knew what they were doing.
Another person did contact me and said they would have an appointment date for me at the Thor service center in about 3-5 business days.
50/50 chance of them actually fixing it under warranty, but we will see.
