Furrion F50-ATS voltage test

Hello, all!

We have a 2016 Hurricane 34F that suddenly will not run on generator power. I'm getting shore power to the coach with no problems.

I followed the initial troubleshooting steps in the Furrion F50-ATS manual: I get the "thunk" when shore power is connected/disconnected, and I saw the relay move when my wife connected and disconnected the power. Then we disconnected from shore power and started the generator. (Note: Breakers on the generator are in the 'on' position, i.e. allowing current to flow.) Even after more than one minute the green LED on the F50-ATS circuit board does not light.

Moving on through the troubleshooting, testing the input/output voltages is next. Therein lies my question and the limits of my electrical knowledge.

Referring to the attached image of the ATS box cover, between which terminals do I test: Is it between RED-WHITE? RED-BLACK? or WHITE-BLACK? And what voltages between each should I be getting? (I'm using a Klein 600V AC/DC multimeter).

Thanks for your time.

Paul
