Sunday brought better weather. The PBR Event was 1:45PM so we went to Edley’s BBQ for lunch first, which was a very popular place at 11:30AM on a Sunday! The food was pretty good overall.
The PBR event was very cool. I'm glad the DW talked me into going. It was quite an entertaining production. Even with several top riders from South America it was nice to attend an event that still appeared to be genuinely American and patriotic at its roots.
I have to say those young kids have some big stones! Some of those bulls are pretty damn mean! There were several of them that got hurt and couple pretty seriously injured. If you've never seen one and have the opportunity, it is worth doing it once in my opinion if you like to try and experience new things and something different.
