You are wrong. The 50 Amp 240 VAC to 30 Amp 120 VAC dogbone adapter does not drop the common leg. It drops one of the hot legs and supplies that to both hot legs in the MH. So on the 4 wires in the NH you have, L1, L1, Common, and Ground (or L2, L2).
