Bought my Hurricane in Jan 2016 from MHSRV for $86,500 listed for $123,000. List price for a new 31C is $186,000, selling price is $134,000 and $8,000 additional if you want the solar charging system.
Ford V-8 chassis is $4,200 more than the V-10, MorRyde is charging $1,500 more for chassis modification and the new electronic package is $2,000 and so on.
We had a tour of the Cruising Kitchens last week. Hard to believe that anyone can make money selling food from a $200,000 food truck, but that is the average selling price. Cheapest ones sell for around $95,000. Prices are up about 14% in the last year. Skilled labor is the biggest increase. Floor workers start at $30 per hour and increase at $7.50 additional for each year on the floor to a max of $62 per hour. Most of the workers come from the Boeing Aircraft refurbishment facility at Kelly Field and a few are poached from Toyota Truck plant.
There biggest business these days is building ghost kitchens to supply Door Dash and Uber Eats. <https://www.cruisingkitchens.com/>
